Because we know how special your memories are, we want you to feel confident shopping with us.
Returns & Exchanges:
Due to the delicate nature of our picture frames and to ensure quality for every customer, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please double-check your order details before placing your order.
Damages and issues:
We take extra care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, we’ve got you 💛
Please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging (including the box)
Once reviewed and evaluated, we will offer:
- A replacement, or
- A full refund, depending on the situation
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds:
We will notify if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â
