IS THE FRAME INCLUDED?
Yes! The frame and printed photos are already included in your order.

WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE 3D MONTHLY MILESTONE FRAME?
Our frame is 8"x10", perfect for displaying your baby’s milestones beautifully.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are based in Ontario, Canada.

DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING?
Yes! We ship across Canada (and planning to expand soon 👀). Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

HOW DO I SEND THE PICTURES? (CUSTOMIZED ITEM/S)
Once your payment is confirmed, we will email you detailed instructions on how to send your photos, along with guidelines to ensure the best results.

CAN I ORDER EVEN IF MY BABY IS NOT YET 1 YEAR OLD? (BABY MILESTONE FRAME)
To proceed with your order, photos must already be complete from 0–12 months.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS FOR TWINS?  (BABY MILESTONE FRAME)
Yes! However, each baby will have a separate frame.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER? 
Processing time is usually 3–7 business days, depending on the item and order volume. Made-to-order pieces may take a little longer but I promise it’s worth the wait.

DO YOU ENHANCE THE PICTURES? (CUSTOMIZED ITEM/S)
We do not enhance old, low-quality, or pixelated images.
For best results, please send clear, high-quality photos.

CAN YOU INCLUDE PETS OR OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS?
At the moment, we only accept orders featuring babies aged 0–12 months or 12–24 months.

MY BABY IS OLDER NOW , CAN I STILL ORDER?(BABY MILESTONE FRAME)
Yes! As long as you can provide clear, high-quality photos from their baby months, you can still order.

CAN I ORDER MULTIPLE FRAMES?(BABY MILESTONE FRAME)
Absolutely! You can order multiple frames for different babies.

CAN I CHANGE THE PICTURES AFTER SENDING THEM?(BABY MILESTONE FRAME)
Yes, you may change one (1) time after the draft is sent.
Please make sure to send your best photos initially.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE THE DRAFT?(CUSTOMIZED ITEM/S)
A draft will be sent for your approval 3 days before your scheduled shipping date.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DONT SEND MY PHOTOS RIGHT AWAY?(CUSTOMIZED ITEM/S)
Your order will not be processed 
Please send your photos within 24 hours to avoid delays.

WHAT IF I ENTERED WRONG DETAILS?(CUSTOMIZED ITEM/S)
Please contact us immediately so we can assist you before production starts.

IS THE SOFT COPY INCLUDED?
The soft copy is not included.
